Parents’ Nights Out
By Richard | January 11, 2008
Angelina Gray has asked me to post the following information about her Parents’ Night Out Mom’s Day Out:
__________________________________________
Hello!
As many of you know, I am a licensed daycare provider for the state of Maryland. I run a very different kind of daycare though! I host a Mom’s Day Out program every Tuesday from 9am to 2pm. I also, about once a month, host a Parent’s Night Out. I have several openings in my daycare on Tuesdays, so please contact me if you are interested in getting some extra “me time” on Tuesdays while your child plays at my house, does art activities, enjoys story and snack time and plays at the park in good weather!
I also have a son who has high functioning autism. I have experience, but am not an expert. Two years ago I ran a week long daycamp for children on the autism spectrum and it was a great success! I also was a Kid Fit teacher at Elite Gym for two years for children with developmental delays.
The next Parent’s Nights Out will be:
Saturday, January 26th from 5pm-10pm
Saturday, February 9th from 5pm-10pm
Thursday, February 14th from 5pm-10pm. Valentine’s Day! Drop off your little one early so you can do a little primping for your big Valentine’s Day date with your sweetheart!
The cost of Parents’ Night Out has just increased slightly (when my unlicensed babysitter is making more than me, it’s time to give myself a little raise!) to the very competitive price of $25 for the night. We always have a fun night of games, pizza, and a special movie with popcorn (for the ones who are old enough for popcorn of course.) The kids come in their pajamas and we call it our Pajama Party Time!
Please be sure to pass this information on - Thank you so much!! Please let me know if you would like a reference.
